What this page covers
This covers two things: the form on this website, the one where you tell us about your business and ask us to set up a team, and the way we measure how the site itself gets used. If you become a customer, the handling of your business data is covered separately in your customer agreement, not here.
What we collect
From the form, only what you type into it: your name, your email address, your industry, and whatever notes you choose to add. We do not ask for payment details.
Separately, we measure how the site gets used: pages viewed, how far down a page people read, what gets clicked, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and which link brought you here. That measurement is not tied to your name or your email, and none of what you type into the form is sent to it. We record that someone submitted the form, never what they wrote in it.
Cookies and how to opt out
The measurement above uses a cookie to tell a returning visitor from a new one. That is all we use cookies for. There is no advertising cookie on this site and we do not track you across other websites.
If you would rather not be counted, turning on “Do Not Track” or a content blocker in your browser will stop it, and nothing on the site will break. You can also email us and we will delete what is associated with your visit.
Why we collect it
So we can reply to you and work out whether we can help. That is the whole reason. We do not sell it, we do not share it with anyone for advertising, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to be on.
Who else can see it
The submission is delivered to us by email through our email provider (Resend), and our site is hosted in Canada on Fly.io. Those providers process the message in order to deliver and host it.
The usage measurement is handled by PostHog, on servers in the European Union. What you type into the form is never sent there. Nobody else receives any of it, and we do not sell or share it with anyone for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries while there is a live conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, in case you come back to us. After that we delete them. If you ask us to delete yours sooner, we will.
Your rights, and how to use them
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@myotherteam.com and a real person will handle it. No form, no ticket number.
